Poor Service Delivery with Parts Missing

Order placed and delivery was dispatched on 11 December. Only received this order on the 18th after numerous calls to the contact centre. I did inform them that I was leaving for holiday on the 18th and I was making calls up until the morning of the 18th as I still had not received my order. The courier company said they came the day before but had the wrong house number which was a lie. Eventually it came, I thought, okay good now that's the end of that! Tried to assemble the furniture upon our return from holiday only to find that the rubbers for 5 of the chairs are missing and the screws etc to assemble one of the chairs is missing. Made a call to Ridwaa on Friday, sent an email requesting assistance and I'm still awaiting an answer. I feel as though the staff really don't care about the customers needs. I have to be continuously following up in order to get anything done. I would really appreciate some assistance in order for me to assemble my dining chairs.
