Never pay's refunds

I bought an item from Style36 online and returned the item to them in good condition. On 29 November I supplied the return info (ID and banking details).

I have since asked via email, twice when my refund will be processed and every time I receive a generic answer of "it will be refunded within 1 -14 working days" - pathetic. A computer can give me that reply - I am asking a question.

Then finally I got a human reply today, Neville asked for my banking details. OMW I GAVE IT TO YOU ON 29 NOVEMBER!!!

I want my money immediately! what is your hold up? BTW I sent you the refund details AGAIN today! GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!
