Refund still not passed 5 months late

I ordered a house training kit for my puppy on the 12th of October. I emailed [Email Removed] as per the instructions on the voucher to find out further instructions. After emailing twice (12 & 17 Oct) without reply I requested a refund on the 6th of November. There was no reply to this mail so I called and spoke to Lerato Modisakeng who asked me to mail her the details. On the 20th of November I received an email from Wicount Support informing me that there was a system upgrade in progress and they would process my refund once this was complete. They never did. Later that day a courier called me to deliver the item, in spite of me requesting a refund. This was 5 weeks after ordering, this is unrealistic given the nature of the item. Puppies are house trained after 5 weeks. I heard nothing further. On the 8th of Jan I emailed Lerato and she replied apologising that the refund hadn't been processed, and assured me it would be processed that day. It wasn't. I emailed again on the 23rd of Jan and didn't receive a response. It is now 4 months later and I still have heard nothing nor received a refund. This is poor service at its best.
