Style36 refunds- beware!

I ordered shoes at the online store, Style36. There was a problem with the fact that the shoe size was apparently a US size and not a South African size. When I realised this, I immediately cancelled the order before the goods were dispatched. I asked for a refund on my credit card. I was told that I have to wait 14 working days to get the refund on my card! This is almost three weeks. To make matters worse, this 14 working day period contradicts Style36's own Refund Terms and Conditions on their website where it is stated that the refund will be made within 7 days. No store online or otherwise takes 14 working days to refund a customer! On the face of it, it appears convenient to order from them but if there is a problem and you require a refund, that is where this shopping experience becomes a disaster.
