No acknowledgement of returned item

Style36 and ignored my question once again, what a surprise!

From 2 items returned in the same box (return was not collected on the day scheduled with no explanation given as always, no questions answered whatsoever) only one was acknowledged.

I've received an e-mail saying that there is a credit in my account, logged in and there was zero credits. After contacting the same person who that there were credits received a generic "Thank you for alerting us on this. Please can you logout and back in, the credits should appear under your profile name: Kisska van Heerlijk". No apology or excuse provided as usual.

After receiving this I've checked again and found that only for one of the items from the same box credit was applied. I've asked if the second item was received in the same box and received generic "Thank you for confirming" with no explanation or answer provided as per usual style36 correspondence style.

After asking why they ignore my question was ignored as usual. I will never purchase anything from style36 and affiliated sites ever again. I cannot wait to use this credit to buy something else so that I may cancel my account and make it go away forever.
