Pathetic delivery and Service

I bought 3 pairs of shoes last week Monday, 02/12/13 and paid for them same time. According to the delivery policy its supposed to take 3-5 working days to deliver and up to now, 11/12/13 they haven't been delivered. A delivery guy came and dropped of 1 pair out of 3. So if these people are as organised as they claim to why was the package split into 2? I later on bought 3 more pairs from Zando 3 days later and they were delivered yesterday. They haven't managed to give me any feedback up to now and I should be leaving the country and they don't even seem to be bothered. I paid them already so why should they care about the after sales service. I seriously regret taking the style36 route, their service is PATHETIC. You literally have to follow up everyday to check the status of your package.
