PAYMENT NOT REFLECTING 2 DAYS LATER

I placed an order on 11/09/2013 for 2 pairs of shoes and paid for it same day (200581419) including Express delivery. Now I'm getting an e-mail that I have not paid?!! Really, after sending the proof 3 times?!!! Today is supposed to be the delivery date which is 2 days later for Express delivery and you are now saying you haven't received payment?! I guess that's your excuse for non-delivery now hey. Also I wanted to pay via the Credit Card and you system said failed and your call center is the one that advised me to use EFT!! Don't even think of getting back to me telling me the shoes are out of stock as that would really send me over the edge. Please keep your promises guys. I'm really not happy right now.
