Shocking service!

I placed two separate orders on their website on Monday and received the first item that I ordered second on Monday night. When I phoned to check what was happening with my other order they said it had been dispatched and that I would receive it the next day. That was Monday, today is Thursday and I am still waiting for my order that is supposedly with a driver!! I am also waiting for six people to get back to me with regards to this and two of them are managers/supervisor. I am totally disgusted with the lack of services I have received and with the lack of follow up. Do not tell me I will have the item tomorrow and that it is with a driver when it is clearly not. I am fed up with the lack of services and the I am hearing. I was so impressed with the delivery of my second items but this just leaves a sour taste in ones mouth.
