I took my car twice into TATA Highlands North for repairs the first time nothing was done and I was told at 16:30 that they sent the driver late for parts and my car will not be ready which left me almost stranded with no way to get home, after a lengthy argument they sent the driver to come get me to take the car and they promised to call me when the parts have arrived which was supposedly supposed to be the next day but I only got a call 2 weeks later!! Today I took my car in for its first service on Monday the 11 November 2013, I called on Thursday to book the service and also to let them know about all the work that was not previously hoping that the parts will be ordered and ready on Monday, I got a call at 15:40 Monday after calling almost 3 times today and distinctly asking that I be notified early if there are any issues so that I could make alternative arrangements and once again there I was left stranded with no way to get home. This is totally unacceptable by any standard. The level of no concern what so ever, they seem to no care about the customer at all. The service up to sales was excellent but the after sales service is horrible, lack of concern and communication
