SEND PARCEL NO DETAILS ON PACKAGING AND U MUST PAY

I purchased an item in october from Dealer Guys. Have had countless arguments with the lady in charge, Heather. They sent the parcel with no address details written on it (I have the package and photos to prove this). Wont take responsibility and cost me extra money to release the parcel as it was sent to cape town.

Oh and to top it off the speakers were damaged when packaging them yet they were still sent to me. I wasnt given a choice in the matter. This is not customer service.

Be very careful when buying on these websites
