Delivered Wrong order NOW refusing to send my orde

On the 26th of June I placed an order with Style 36, ref: FAS0233576736. They send me the wrong order which I received on Friday 28 July. As I was rushing for the Wawela Music awards I left the box at home and dashed out. to my suprise my younger sister was so happy the next day thinking I had bought her staff as the items delivered were her sive and she had worn the jacket on a night out friday. On monday I send an email to Style 36 and received a call from a white gentlemen in the call centre and I informed him that the jacket has been used so they must charge me for it, but he was insistend that I send it back they will still send it to the correct client! when I got home my sister had already left on monday evening and she left with the jacket. I send the pants back on 2 July with a note on the parcel that only the pants are returned and they must charge me for the Jacket. I have purchase fromStyle 36 for about a year now and my credit carddetails are there. The Gentlemen called my office and was so RUDe to my colleague who pucked up the phone and I walked in just in time and asked him why is he being rude! The next thing he tells me I won't get my order which I paid for!!
