Difficult to book a query

Bid or Buy
I am concerned about Bid or Buy payment operations - I sold on item to a highest bidder (order number 6465048), the next day the bidder paid via Bobpay and collected the item from me. It is now 3 days later and I have not yet received my payment.
Trying the call centre is a disaster, the lady that answered sounded disinterested and unhelpful.
Now - the "Contact us" icon - here you get to choose an item to query, you complete your query then you try to submit or send it - no such luck, there is no submit or send button.
Then I tried the "Live Chat" option - here you type your question - you get answered with "An operator will contact you shortly". After a while you get another response stating than an operator will contact you shortly, then after a few minutes, this just bombs out, then out back to the send a query page.
There is a heading "Knowledgeable answers "this is senseless, clicking on this also produces no response.
