No response from Selle

Won auction made payment with door to door overnight delivery option. waited for my order to be delivered yesterday and it was not delivered... contacted Neux this morning via email which is the only contact option listed and got a quick response that it was shipped on Wednesday. i responded requesting tracking details cause i have not received the item as yet then the was no response. I have now sent 3 more follow-up emails and i am not getting any response.

I chose the overnight delivery option and paid R250 for delivery but i still don't have my item and i am not getting feedback from Neux... PLEASE ASSIST
