Really bad service

I won an item on a bidorbuy auction NO shipping costs where specified so I just paid the amout showed the seller decided a day later that he wanted R45 shipment money so I transfered it to your BOB account under the same reference number received for the Jackie store auction I won. You never transfered the second amount I paid now I have been waiting since August for my parcel mr jackie does not understand a word of english and does not want to send my parcel even after sending him proof of voth payments i contacted bid or buy but you did not really help
