I placed an order on their website on Wednesday 21 August and was charged for my goods immediately after placing an order. I called on the 22nd to check the status of my order as a bulk of my items were to be shipped on the 23rd. I was told that the finance team was still handling it. I heard nothing on the 23rd and immediately called the Monday only to be told that there was an issue with my card. I sent the necessary documentation and confirmed payment with the bank. No one called to acknowldge this process. On Tuesday I was once more sent from pillar to post. same issue and I mentioned this to them. It is 7 days later and I still do not have my goods nor any status for my delivery.

I understand that they needed to do checks before they could issue the goods, but this was not communicated with me. Their leadtime is horrid and unrealistic. My concern is that this process was not explained and they kept using the process as a delay tactic. I was called yesterday and told that one of my items was not in stock, which was not communicated with me.
