Hi,

Signed up with Amobia end of May and the service was installed mid June, received excellent service until now.

The first month and a half I experienced high download speeds around 250 to well over 300kb/ps. On 11 Aug my downloads speeds dropped from previously stated to between 0.8kb/ps and 12kb/ps,

I called the help desk just to find out if I was being throttled to which I was informed that my services weren't being throttled. Called the help desk again yesterday with the same feedback, I also called again today to find out should they throttle, what do they look at to determine if client is abusing the service and I was informed, usage of between 150GB and 200GB and this is on a month to month basis.

I've also noted similar issues with amobia on other forums with clients experiencing the same, I have to date not received any statements/bills so I cannot even see what my usage is month to month, I have requested statements from accounts but still haven't received anything.

All I want to know is, are my services being throttled and if so what has my usage been from 1 Aug to 11 Aug and also my statements/bills for June and July.

Too much to ask for? Seems like it.
