The day before my girlfriend's birthday I placed an order for a bunch of flowers to wish her. I usually get my deliveries at around 10am the next day. At 2pm I started getting concerned about my delivery and called the call centre. They assured me that the delivery had left the florist and is on its way. I explained that the offices close at 4pm and I need it delivered before then. With the flowers still not delivered by 3pm, I called back and the call centre promised me it would be delivered before 4pm. I then continued to phone, several times and spoke to Christopher who asked me to call him back if the flowers were not there by 4pm. I called him back only to find out that he had left for the day. Call after call and no delivery. One of the agents even asked if they could deliver on Saturday morning to which I replied "Who would want their happy birthday flowers a day late? "

At 4:40 the driver eventually arrived - we were standing outside the closed offices for 40 minutes, waiting to go home.

All the driver could say was that he was new and that he got lost. Why is this my problem? Do the drivers not use GPS's?
