Still waiting

I ordered a tin of cookies to be delivered in Worcester, according to the website the next delivery date was the 18th of July. I had to phone the company on the 18th to check why it had not been delivered, and was told the courier company only delivers on Fridays (why wasn't I told beforehand?). Friday came and went, still no cookies. I phoned again just before 5 in the afternoon, and was told the company arranged the delivery for the 22nd. Again, neither myself nor the recipient was informed of this, and why do they put wishful dates on the Internet. Will never use them again.
