RAM and NetFlorists are and lazy

I bought a hamper from NetFlorist using online services and it was on a same day delivery term. This was the midday of the 17th Dec, and I wanted the parcel to reach the recipient either the same day or on the 18th Dec. The florist failed to tell me that they do not do same day deliveries on hampers. They started telling me different stories about their service which made me furious because when I was paying them, they promised that the sooner they get the proof of payment the earlier the parcel will be dispatched. I waited the whole day of the 18th for them to tell me only in the afternoon that the parcel was delayed. I called again today (19th Dec) in the morning, and they told me it was already in Pietermaritzburg, and will be delivered definitely today. As the time passed and the recipient wasn't saying anything about receiving the parcel, I called them again and they referred me to the courier company called RAM, of which the way they received my complaint was not professional and they told me they did not have time when the parcel will be delivered but they think sometime tomorrow; which is the 20th. I'd advise people to avoid using RAM and Net Florist in future!
