Called 10 times this month to get Goods returned

After I was very dissatisfied with the product that didn't look anything like on their catalogue, after I waited a month for it to be delivered, I wanted to return it and it took 3 weeks and more than 10 times that I have called to get the item returned and my refund is still not paid, I have waited a week and phoned 3 times this week already.

Going through this drama to get anything done out of City Mob I would rather never buy any product again.
