I am quite disappointed in Carlton Hair after my last experience.
I bought shampoo from the Centurion Carlton branch and EXPLICITLY asked three times if there are any SULFATE (not sulphur) ingredients in this shampoo and the sales rep answered me three times and assured me there are no sulfate products in the shampoo.

When arriving home my girlfriend was upset since there was indeed sulfate ingredients in this product, I mean really... after I explicitly asked three times? I thought she wanted sulfate free products because she got a Brazilian blow dry treatment, but a later realized she didn't want sulfate products because it irritates her scalp, especially after all the tugging of the Brazilian blow dry.
The same day I returned to Centurion Carlton and requested a refund. mainly due to the fact that the sales rep sold me a wrong product after I consulted with her.

Long story short- I after three weeks and me visiting Carlton Centurion 3 times they have not contacted me once, and only to find out the refund was refused. So now I have no product and no refund; Basically I paid R210 to waste my time and effort.
