Pest on-line shopping company

I cannot get Rubybox to stop sending me boxes. I never registered as an on-line shopper on a regular monthly basis, I bought once-off. I cannot get them to stop sending me stuff. I have e-mailed, called, pleaded on FB. For 6 months! I am unemployed and have more important things to do than to worry about a pest on-line company. Last month I was sent another parcel, however luckily the courier company Skynet could not find our street address as they could not decide the difference between Kloof and Hillcrest (??). I called Rubybox and told them to refund me and please sort this our. I have received another parcel today, paid for from the credit card that was just cleared of all debt.
