Battling to get my refund from Mr Mohamed sellte

Order numbers 6060255 and 6051642 Mr Mohamed on Bidorbuy
I bidded for two hand bags which were on Auction. According to the advert the bags were of 100% pure leather and good quality. I won and paid for the bags. When I receive the bags, i was totally not happy about them. The quality was VERY POOOR AND THEY WERE NOT 100% LEATHER AS STATED ON THE ADVERT. I contacted Mr Mohamed, he said that I should return them and send him a tracking number. I send them back and send him the tracking number. Up to today he does not respond to my e-mail nor SMS. I need my R501 refund.
