Louis Vuitton is Not a Quality Brand

3 LV bags, all less than a year old. The oldest 10 months; the newest 2 months. I noticed on the 1 bag that the "gold trimmings" were tarnishing, I checked the other 2 bags noticed that they had the same damage. I carry each bag for 10 days at most in a month as I alternate between them almost every week to avoid premature wear and tear; but it is clear that hasn't worked. I called the store on the morning of 16 May to inform them about this, I spoke to a gentleman called Zain, he informed me that the trimmings are not real gold & they tarnish with use, he asked that I bring the bags in for inspection. I took the bags in that same afternoon, I was informed that it was normal wear and tear due to oxidation, I could not accept this as the bags were still VERY new and; no 1 bag has been used continuously for a period longer than 7-10 days. 1 of the bags had deteriorated to the point of showing copper on the zip puller, they offered to send it to Paris for zip replacement bt they couldnt help on the rest. I was expecting superior quality and durability for the amount of money paid and the prestige of the brand. The interaction with the manager was the worst. INCOMPETENCE
