Ginger Mary bad quality bags!

My husband bought a Ginger Mary bag for myself for Christmas (Leather I assume, as it costed R499). I exchanged the first bag after a few weeks as my stitching came loose. I then got a second bag, and about 2 weeks later it looks as if the stitching is starting to come loose again! I cannot understand why this is happening? Is Truworths no longer selling quality items? Then I could have bought myself 4 bags at China Town and those would have at least lasted a couple of months before breaking! I am quite disappointed because I wanted a good bag that would last and it seems as if I was under the wrong impression- that I could buy quality at your stores. On top of it he paid cash for it and he cannot find the receipt. I am very frustrated. I do not want to receive another bag where the stitching will come loose again. I have no faith in these bags, I would like a refund please!
