After purchasing a chip from a seller going by the name justcool over bidorbuy I paid for speed post as I needed this chip urgently the cost involved in this is quite substantial almost the same price as the chip. The payment was done to Bob pay EFT on the same day
29/01/2014 after requesting a tracking number numerous times from seller now known as Ismaila Raji Residing in Cap town all I get is will send tracking number but still nothing. I contacted bidorbuy to try and resolve the problem three days later after consulting with seller thy informed me I would receive one before 5pm 31/01/2014 and nothing again and I really appreciated the fact that bidorbuy did not answer my call when I tried to find out what to do now. I'm still waiting for the tracking number. If this is the type of sellers and service that can be expect from bidorbuy I would not recommend using it at all.
