Bags left at airport 2nd time

We were on the flight JE371 from Durban to Cape Town. All our bags arrived except the golf bag. When enquiring the staff said that Mango decided to leave a few bags behind in Durban. This is the second time this has happened and is unacceptable. The previous time all our bags was left behind. Would not recommend to fly Mango or you must carry everything as hand luggage as you are not guaranteed you will have your bags. We flew in last night and is already almost 14h00 and we still do not have our bags. The number we received to enquire also just keeps ringing, so can't get answers.
