I ordered some flowers on-line to be delivered in Alberton. After following up on why the delivery has not taken place, I was told that my order was received too late. This was placed on 30 April 2013 at around 10:00. I followed up with them that same afternoon at 15:00.

So getting my money back is another story, I was promised that it will be paid back between 5 to 7 days. Here we are, nearly one and a half month later, and still NO MONEY BACK! I have spoken to everybody in the call centre, and was told that no calls are put through to the accounts department, neither may I speak to a manger, because HE / SHE is never available.

Really pathetic client service, not to mention sticking to their promises.
