Really disappointed

I ordered some stuff from the shop on the 31st may. I have never received my order till today.
I have sent numerous emails and phoned plenty of times. I get told that it was posted and am given a tracking number, but i keep trying to explain that the tracking number given i collected as it was for my Ruby box not my order. I have had 2 ladies help me out both with the same outcome and the minute i say it is the wrong tracking number then i don't get any response. i have asked so nicely over and over again just for someone to help me tell me where my stuff is. i paid for it, i didn't ask for it for free. I am worried that if i order again i will have the same problem, it is actually making me want to cancel my subscription at the same time as well, which i don't want to do, because i enjoy the ruby box every month.

Please can someone give me a tracking number that is right or resend my stuff whatever the case.
I see it is not only me that has not received their order from the 31may.
