Refund made easy

I was needing to have a refund due to the product that I had bought not being able to reach me on time and for the specific function that I had ordered it for. In the past I have had to have a refund from another on line dealer but it was a nightmare and they forced me to use the refund to buy some other deals which I actually did not have the need for. However with Ubuntu it was made so easy thanks to Natasha. The day I emailed the request I was sent an email the very next day to say it had been escalated. I thought that it would be a big issue and I would have to explain over again what the problem was and wait for weeks for the refund. On the 8 May I emailed her again and was pleasantly surprised to get a response quickly that was not only professional but very friendly. The refund was approved and together with Natasha and Chelsea Lotz, was helped with the refund. I have seldom had such swiftly service that is so positive. They made the experience so pleasant and because of their kind help I will definitely buy again from this site. I really want to compliment both these ladies as they are really exceptional with regards to customer service.
