I am sick and tired of the BULL that you guys promise us and never ever deliver. Submitting a claim is a pain in the. You have incompetent staff and I don't appreciate it when they try to be sympathetic by repeating their nonsensical statements to me over the call that I am paying for. I have been contemplating on cancelling my membership since the last incident that I had with your claims department in February- now I have a good enough reason to cancel. YOUR DEPARTMENT including YOUR SPECIALISTS are PATHETIC. Please tell me what this means '' Dear Member The procedure codes are unclear on the claim you sent to Discovery Health.'' How the was I supposed to understand that this means that the code is incorrect?
