5 Years and the same billing issues each yea

For the past 5 years Ive had the same issue with Discovery about my extended chronic medical bills and each year it is a repeat of the same or similar mistake. Each year I physically deliver the following documents, Request for extended supply of medicine (because I live in Thailand I need 12 months supply), copies of invoices, copies of payments and copies of the doctors scripts to the Case Manager who I meet at the Discovery Walk In Centre, I did the same on the 11 December 2013.

This paper work was submitted to the claims department for processing and on the 17 December I received an sms saying that the claim is incomplete, dates, amounts and procedure codes are incorrect, please resubmit. What they fail to understand is the fact that all the codes for the chronic medication is exactly the same on the Dr Johnsons scirpt and Dis chems Invoice..Yesterday Discovery issued a payment of R480.00 on the first 6 months claim of R3 248.38 and while I paid cash for it, which effectively means Discovery should be paying me the member, they paid the R480.00 to Dis Chem, how ludicrous is that, incorrect supplier and amount.

How incompetent can Discovery be!!!
