Selroy at the Callcentre had a totally different explanation, but said paperwork willbe send to me that explains it.

Received paperwork: between Hannes, Selroy and paperwork there are 3 different things happening on my account!!

And you cannot get hold of Hannes - a Client Relationship Manager (I was informed): the public are not allowed to speak to them??? W.T.F???

A few people have send him an email, including myself, to phone me urgently - still waiting...
