I was contracted by a company to work in Kempton Park. During my employment we had to use a lot of sub-contractors. One of these sub-contractors was a guy called Hannes (Owner) from Hannes Paving (Cell no 0722598235). Hannes had to do a lot of work for us (concrete slabs, storm water drains paving) unfortunately the guy had some cash flow problems and I offered to help him with R21000. I told him that I am going to lend him the money with an interest rate of 26%. He had no problem accepting the deal. He told me that he will pay me back within 30 days. After about 40 days he paid me back my R21000 and even sends me a sms that stated the he is still waiting for some money and that he will pay me as soon as he gets the other payments. It is now one year later and I am still waiting. When I tried to phone him, he just refuses to answer. He is always pretending to be this big Christian but this is not true. He also do not comply with any rules and regulations of the Occupational Health and safety act. So please, if you are using Hannes from Hannes Paving, do not lend him any money and keep your money in your pocket until the job is finished.
