I called the service agent Wednesday morning past 10 to enquire about a part for my vehicle-Was transferred to Hannes, after being on hold for over 5 mins, he told me that the PC was slow and that he would call me back, gave my name and number.i call back 16:32 asking Hannes if they still offline, he then tells me they have a IT problem and that the the IT guy is currently busy sorting it out-NO APOLOGY for not even coming back to tell me this-assures me that he will call. Thursday morning I call AGAIN, ask to speak to him, his line is busy I speak to Lourens-I ask him If they still offline he says no tell Him about my predicament, says "sorry" and transfers me to, efficient Hannes. After jogging his memory as to who I am I get a "we still offline" will call another branch... suffice to say I was not called back. So now I ask myself is this the norm that a client calls a service agent continuously? does Hannes on behalf of Daihatsu rather want make brakes to fail, before he decides that he would call me back? I'm appalled by the lack of service received from this branch, I was wanting to do this by FRIDAY
