DISCOVERY DOUBLES MY BILL WITHOUT ASKING

Hello I am appualled by the fact that i am self employed and earning 5000 rands max a month. and Discovery upped my monthly fee from R550 monthly premium to R1137 (without any notice)

I sent them my yearly bank statements through my agent (ATFIN) in pe) in December already and they still upped the amount without even consulting with me.

I would like a refund for the amount they took off.

I have now been asked to send my updated bank statements again for jan-march of this year... ( do i have to do this every 3 months) i have also been asked to get a police report stating that i am self employed earning a low wage.

I have now done this and the pe consultant Candy has faxed it too them. (FROM ATFIN IN PE)

So now what is going to happen at the end of this month? am i going to get charge the high fee again of 1137? if this is the case, please contact me asap (as i cannot afford it)
