I have been on discovery and vitality for quite a few years already and now (from about October 2012, might even be earlier) my records with discovery show I am paying for it but with vitality department there is no record of my vitality (as if I have no vitality) Was promised it would get a call back on friday with result that its back up and running but that did not happen. So currently I am still paying for a service I can not access any of the benefits... Cant join the gym at the vitality rate, link either of my pick and pay or woolworths cards for the extra benefit and lost the vitality benefits on my clicks card.
