Very Dissapointed

Hi Last Saturday Night i was Booked in at the Garden Court Sandton. I had to Wait 15 Minutes to b attended to. I find dis really disgusting and dont care attitude. It not as if the hotel was busy there was 1 person ahead of me only and still had to wait 15 Minutes.

To make my experience worse i needed some crisp and coke at night, i came down to the vending machine. I only had a R100 Note. The staff were very rude and said dont make change, so had to stay without the refrshments.surely custormer satisfaction is not top Priority at this Hotel.
