Waitin 2 months for orde

I have been going to specsavers for the last 10years more or less. I went for my regular eye test etc on 14Feb 2013 already for new contact lenses. The person who helped didn't seem very interested in assisting me, i wanted to know of the specials on sunglasses and extra specatacles and he just couldn't have been bothered. Mid march to follow up cause until then nobody contacted me about my order. I wasn't ready for collection yet. On 15April i once again called and the person called back to may I may collect. On 18 April I went for an operation and am unable to drive for a few weeks. So Friday 27April I managed to get a lift to specsavers only to find out that my order was not ready. I mean this is more than 2 months later and apparently only the cash order was processed but not the rest of my script. Now I need to come back snd tell me how if I am not able to drive whose fault is this after so many calls made even receiving 2 sms. so very nonchalantly u get brushed off for such inferior service. Personally I feel this was done purposefully on behalf of the salesperson because i enquored about the extras which they usually give and when i told him i wasnt prepared to pay so much.
