THE WORST SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have had my eye test done @ your branch in phoenix abt 10 months ago.i then called in August and spoke to lady named Chantal, to order my contact lenses, she went through my script and called me back with a price o R502-00 for 3 complete pairs of lenses. she confirmed the pricing was correct and i placed my order with her. the nect day i recieve a call from some1 else from the branch saying that the pricing Chantal has given me was incorrect, and i should come to the store.when i did visit the store there seemed to be so may ppl there who doesnt seem to know what the is going on.i was then told that Chantal is a "new lady" there and she didnt know prices. So whos fault is that? they agreed to have my lenses made and ready in abt 2 weeks, huh ya rite its now 2 and half months-im yet to recieve a call from you guys.i again called the store today 26.11.13 at 9.30am and spoke to cheryln whom i explained my frustration to.she informed me that there is no rder or nothing ready for me to collect. but assured me that she would find out and call me back. ANOTHER LIE!
I would never recommend SPEC SAVERS to any1, infact i would let every1 know to take there bussiness somewre else!
