NON PAYMENT OF DENTAL ACCOUNT/POOR CUSTOMER SERVIC

My son Wayne Slabbert's wisdom teeth was removed on 13 Feb 13 at Medicross Pta West. Up untill now the account has not been paid.
I have been phoning GEMS every week since the beginning of March 2013, and was told that the account was rejected due to a incorrect code. On 18 March 2013 a guy named Hendry promissed me that the account was resubmitted and will be paid at the end of March. During the first week of April I was told exactly the same story by someone else at GEMS. On 17 April 13 I was informed that I had to have authority before the account could be processed. I contacted the dentist, and a request for authorisation was send to GEMS on 18 April 13. When I phoned GEMS again on 17 April a lady named Olma told met that no authorisation was required.
On 25 Apr 13 I contacted GEMS again. Another person told me that he would resubmit the account. When I indicated that Olma told met she resubmitted the account on 17 Apr and that the service in unacceptable the person put the phone down.
I phoned GEMS again and this time a lady put the phone down in my ear.. I have requested to speak to one of the supervisors or team leaders without any success.
