Atrocious service

My stay at your lodge was horrible to say the least.

Firstly - I walked into a bathroom that had no toilet brush. I requested one twice, firstly by the porter who brought my ironing board and secondly by the receptionist, and was told by both staff that I would receive one. Nothing arrived.

Secondly - I requested an ironing board and iron. I had to request it again after waiting 30minutes. When it arrived, the iron was chained to the board with two locks... it was also a defective and unsafe iron as the steam feature wasn't working and water spilt everywhere; On my clothes, the floor and the electrical circuits.

Thirdly - the breakfast you guys prepare is bland and tasteless. It lacked flavour and was good just to satisfy the hunger - Nothing else.

I. Was. Furious with the cook preparing the eggs only because when I arrived and gave her my order I was greeted with a stern face and offered no assistance. The kicker was when a white female patron arrived after me, had her breakfast dished up with a smile and was served before I was.

Utterly unacceptable!!!
