To obtain correct information or feedbach

This is my mail to them... they don't have a idea what is going on in GEMS . We receive on a weekly basis sms'e, advising us that "dental works has been authorised... with out any explanation as to what."When my husband phoned there offices he was informed that the Dr Swart procedures for the actual original request for orthodontist work in her mouth over a period of 18 months (quotations and all relevant documentation is with GEMS) faxed various times by us and by Dr Swart, Then he requested there office to sent him the proof.. ON THAT DOCUMENT it showed approved BUT NO FUNDS available... so we must pay for it out of our pockets. GEMS will not be paying for it IF I AM CORRECT

Then we had the debate of EUGENE MARAIS HOSP for my daughters teeth that has been taken out in March. According to Eugene Marais STILL NOT PAID for???

The Dr Maartens - short paid by some amount..paid, taken back paid again by GEMS - Think by now you should see how frustrated I am.

What approvals is coming via sms every week for WHAT???
