Month of to month of empty promises

Thank you i have been dealing with Sherna for months, now till date the healthyfood benefits, have not been resolved, they said be paid in 23 November, it wasnt done, at least since i contacted hello peter my vitality retail money has been paid in so now the heathy food is all that is still outstanding, i received a sms from vitality saying they cant pay the R2278.79 into my account as they dont have my bank details, i checked on the website each month bank details are there, i filled in a form for them with bank details, Now i ask you the VitaRetail got paid in on friday thanks to Hello Peter, why not the Healthy foods.

Please stop using the bank account as an excuse.
