Hi
I logged a complaint on hellopeter on 3 January 2013 headed "Claim still not paid"
Sowayba Geyer the customer liason officer responded by saying the matter would be investigated and would get back to me within 3 working days. I thought it was just a standard reply and that nothing would come out of it. She/he responded with the 3 days and told me the claim would be refunded to me.
The money was paid into my account, and I just want to say thank you.
