Claims paid by me to the service providers during my pregnancy, and sent in timelessly for a refund, has after several requests by me, to date, not been refunded.

Their service is absolutely ridiculous, I faxed my claims several times, after each time I phoned the call centre to find out where my claim is, the consultant informed me that no fax was received after I have received an SMS saying that they received my claims and is busy working on it.

In December 2012, I received an SMS stating that my money will be paid into my bank account on the 15.12.2012. To date this did NOT HAPPEN!!!

My son was born on the 15th of September 2012, and STILL waiting for my money he was 7 months yesterday (2013.04.15)
