2 separate unresolved claims in the past 2 months:

On the 20/11/2012 I submitted a claim via email, to which I got the auto-mated response that my claim had been received.By the 07/12/2012 I had heard nothing further from CAMAF and resent my claim. Again, I got the automated response. I called the customer care line to complain and resent my claim on 19/12/2012. A received a claim statement on 20/12/2012 to state that I would be re-imbursed and even received an SMS on 03/01/2013 to say I was paid. The money STILL has not reflected in my account.

On 19/12/2012 I submitted a separate claim to CAMAF. Got the automated response but nothing further. I re-sent the claim on 03/01/2013 stating my frustration at the service, to which I got another automated reply.By the 07/01/2013 I had still not heard anything from CAMAF so I resent the claim to customer services. on 07/01/2013 I had finally got a response that my claim was to be forwarded to the claim department. On 09/01/2013 I get another email to say they can't read the invoice. I can see all the details VERY CLEARLY on my screen.

I find this service to be unacceptable and am extremely frustrated.
