Fedhealth Medical Scheme
Trying to cancel membership & getting no response

My Mother died on the 20th of March. Since then I have sent emails on the 21st; 25th; 9th and 13th and still I have no concrete feedback from Fedhealth and my Mom's membership is still not cancelled.
I have provided a copy of my Mother's Death certificate and asked multiple times to have the policy cancelled.
It appears that Fedhealth is simply ignoring my requests.
One would think with the death of my Mom that I had enough drama on my hands without having to deal with a Medical Aid that does not respond or honour my request. As it is they have already deducted one months premium from a dead woman's account.
I am again pleading to Fedhealth to please respond to my email requests and cancel my Mom's medical aid!
