NON PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT

On the 07 august 2013 dep 01 on my medical aid was admitted to st georges hospital (pr no 5807972) and discharged on the 12th of august 2013.The auth no was QH51249919 FOR THE 7-10TH BUT the auth no was updated for the rest of the admission. Today I received a letter of demand from the hospital to the amount of
R10748.60.When I called the hospital I was informed that there is no response from the scheme even after the auth was updated again on the 13th aug, 10sept and the 17th of sept. Where do polmed think I must get this amount? My membership no is 153706.CAN SOMEONE AT POLMED PLEASE ASSIST IN SORTING THIS MATTER OUT AS I HAVE CALLED A FEW TIMES TO GET THIS SORTED OUT.
