ON THE 10TH OF MAY 2013 I SENT AN EMAIL AND RECEIVED A RESPONSE ON THE14TH OF MAY.
1ST WEEK OF JUNE I CALLED BUT THE ACCOUNT HAVE NOT BEEN RECTIFIED.A COPY OF THE PMB CARE PLAN WAS ATTACHED TO MY FIRST EMAIL.CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST TO FIX THE ACCOUNT AND HAVE IT PAID FROM THE PMB BENEFIT? MEMBERSHIP NO 153706
